Stress and worry can have a profound impact on our bodies, minds, and emotions. When left unmanaged, chronic stress can contribute to serious health issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes. It can also lead to anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed.
This course offers a range of practical self-help strategies to help you recognize, understand, and manage stress and worry effectively. Alongside these tools, you will have the opportunity to engage in peer support, sharing experiences with others who understand what you're going through. The goal of the course is to reduce the negative effects of stress and worry while improving your overall mental health and wellbeing.
4 weekly 2hr group course sessions starting Wednesday 9th of April 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
Online via Zoom.
