
Losing a loved one is a deeply personal journey, and while the pain can’t be taken away, this four-week course offers a space to honour their memory while gently moving forward. Together, we’ll explore ways to carry your loved one with you as you begin to reconnect with yourself and find moments of joy again. In a supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with others who understand, build meaningful connections, and set small, achievable goals each week to encourage self-care and healing.
When: 4 x weekly sessions starting on Wednesday 4th of June 2025
Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Online via Zoom
