Do you find it challenging to set boundaries or feel drained by taking on too much? This interactive, four-week course, Building Healthy Boundaries, is designed to help you recognise and establish boundaries that protect your time, energy, and well-being. 

Over the course of four engaging sessions, you’ll learn practical strategies to define your limits, communicate them confidently, and maintain them in both personal and professional settings. Through guided exercises and supportive group discussions, you’ll gain tools to cultivate relationships that honour your needs and respect your boundaries.
