Held in recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day, this two-hour workshop offers a compassionate and inclusive space to explore the complex experience of suicidal thoughts—whether you’ve supported someone through them, are currently navigating them yourself, or have done so in the past. Together, we’ll build understanding, learn how to respond to distress with care and confidence, and explore practical strategies to support both ourselves and others. Grounded in empathy and hope, this workshop is about reducing stigma, encouraging connection, and reminding each other that support is always possible.
