This weekly online session offers a gentle, supportive space to nurture your wellbeing through journaling or poetry. Whether you’re looking to reflect on your thoughts and feelings or explore your creativity, this group provides time just for you.

Each week, you’ll receive three journaling prompts to help guide your reflections, encourage self-awareness, and support emotional expression. You’re welcome to respond to these prompts through traditional journaling or use them as inspiration for poetry whatever feels most natural for you.

There’s no pressure to share your writing unless you want to. The facilitator will be available throughout the session for questions, guidance, and light discussion. All you need to bring is your journal, your creativity, and a cuppa.

Join us for a calm, reflective space to write, create, and connect.

BeWell@StepOne – Tuesday Peer Support Social Group
This weekly online social group offers a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with others and support your wellbeing in a light-hearted way. Each session begins with a short grounding exercise and a gentle, gratitude-based check-in to help everyone arrive, settle, and feel present.

From there, the group moves into a mix of fun, engaging activities, such as quizzes, games, and collaborative challenges designed to spark conversation, laughter, and connection. There’s no pressure to take part in everything; you’re free to join in as much or as little as feels right for you.

This group is all about companionship, enjoyment, and building confidence through shared experiences. Bring a cuppa, come as you are, and enjoy a friendly space to unwind and socialise each week.

Start date: Every Tuesday
Time: 2pm – 4pm
Venue: Online via Zoom

This weekly online group offers a supportive space to explore your mental health, develop practical self-help strategies, and deepen your understanding of how wellbeing shows up in day-to-day life. Each session invites gentle reflection, open conversation, and shared learning, always at your own pace.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who may be navigating similar challenges, creating a sense of encouragement, understanding, and community. The group is open to all adults (18+) living in Devon, and we shape each session based on participants’ needs, interests, and feedback to make sure the space feels relevant and meaningful.

We’re a friendly, welcoming group, and you’re free to engage as much or as little as feels comfortable for you.

Sessions run every Wednesday, 2pm to 4pm online via Zoom
