This weekly session is an opportunity for you to spend some time on your wellbeing by journaling or creating poetry.
Journaling has many aspects to consider to be a productive tool, it is important to question your thoughts and feelings to enable you to understand your emotions.
If you prefer poetry, then feel free to allow yourself to be creative in this session.
You will be provided with 3 weekly journaling questions in the session and then you can freely answer them in your journal. The same questions will be the topic of your poems, if you prefer poetry.
The facilitator will be available throughout the session for questions and discussions. So, grab yourself a cuppa and join us in this weekly ongoing group.

BeWell@StepOne – Tuesday Peer Support Social Group
This weekly online social group offers a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with others and support your wellbeing in a light-hearted way. Each session begins with a short grounding exercise and a gentle, gratitude-based check-in to help everyone arrive, settle, and feel present.
From there, the group moves into a mix of fun, engaging activities, such as quizzes, games, and collaborative challenges designed to spark conversation, laughter, and connection. There’s no pressure to take part in everything; you’re free to join in as much or as little as feels right for you.
