Our Managing Your Anger course allows you to consider your emotions under your Anger, develop coping strategies, and allows you to discuss your own experiences. This isn’t about making anger disappear, but using anger in a healthy and controlled way. 

The course consists of 4 weekly 2 hour session each running from 10:30 - 12:30pm
