Spending time in nature and getting your hands in the soil is a great way to boost wellbeing, reduce stress, and feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
This wellbeing gardening group offers a friendly, welcoming space to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of gardening and growing together.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and get stuck in! We’ll provide all the tools and equipment, (though you’re welcome to bring your own gardening gloves if you have them).
Together, we’ll transform the small space outside our head office at the X centre into a beautiful, shared garden full of herbs, fruits, and vegetables—a calming place we can all help create and enjoy!
This session is open to everyone in Devon over the age of 18.
When: Every Wednesday, 1:30pm - 3.:30pm
Where: The X Centre, Commercial Rd, Exeter, EX2 4AD.

The BeWell Toolbox is a series of in-person workshops and courses designed to provide practical self-help and self-management tools to support mental health and wellbeing.
Each week, participants will explore a range of topics, including the 12-week Coping Skills modules, HOPE courses, and more. Sessions will also include opportunities for open discussion and peer support, creating a welcoming space to share experiences, gain insights, and learn from one another.
Each week a different topic or ‘tool’ will be covered and discussed, including strategies that can help reduce the impact of depression and anxiety, offering an insight into an array of coping strategies that can help improve and maintain our wellbeing. We aim to add more tools to your personal wellbeing 'toolbox', and to help keep any skills you may already have ‘well oiled’ so they are at hand and ready to use when you most need them. The group also offers the well-known benefits of peer support, and is a great way to increase connection with others. We look forward to meeting you and please feel free to contact us for details of what we have planned.
